Becoming Your Own Guru – A Journey of Self Discovery
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and reclaim your inner Guru. Daily breathwork, fire breathing, meditation, energy healing sessions, planned excursions, and various ceremonies allow you an opportunity to “come back home” and recognize that you are your own Guru and carry all of the internal guidance needed to navigate your unique journey in life. Unlock your full potential and leave with the tools needed to incorporate these practices into your daily routine once you return home. No prior meditation experience required, simply come with an open heart and open mind.
Itinerary –
Day 1 – Settle into the Retreat Center, 20+ acres of paradise in Uvita Costa Rica – welcome to the first step in attaining your higher self and becoming your own Guru. The first night will end with a beautiful sacred cacao ceremony with women from the Bribri Tribe in Costa Rica, which will allow you to connect in with your heart center and the wisdom of Mother Earth.
Day 2 – Embrace the Mystic within you: partake in fire breathing, connect with Mother Earth during a beautiful silent meditation hike to one of the 6+ onsite waterfalls and participate in water cermony in one of the many natural water pools onsite. After a day of exploration and ceremony, eat a delicious body nourishing meal prior to having the night free to enjoy as you wish.
Day 3 – Oceanic Renewal: participate in the whale and dolphin watching *excursion or enjoy a beach day. After connecting with the land and sea we will head back to the Retreat Center for a delicious meal. The night is yours to enjoy. *Please note one excursion of your choice is included in the cost of the retreat. If you choose to do both excursions, you can purchase the second with your registration.
Day 4 – Morning Meditation/Energetic Wellness Session will begin this magical day followed by free time. We will meet for a wonderfully nourishing lunch prior to hiking to another one of the 6+ onsite waterfalls. Once surrounded by nature and the magnificent sounds of the waterfall we will embark on a journey to meet our higher self. After dinner, the night will be free to enjoy as you wish.
Day 5 – Discover the Natural World around you and connect with the ocean. Participate in SUP *excursion or enjoy a beach day half day. After a nourishing lunch we will come together for a group chat prior to enjoying free time for the rest of the day. This day is all about integration and being able to enjoy all of Flo’s 20+ acres and other amenities. Take the rest of the day to explore or relax, the choice is yours. We will meet for a delicious dinner prior to enjoying a free night. *Please note one excursion of your choice is included in the cost of the retreat. If you choose to do both excursions, you can purchase the second with your registration.
Day 6 – Embrace your Transformation: closing your journey to self discovery and empowerment. As our journey comes to a close we will participate in a group share and energy balancing. The morning will be fluid and based on the groups energetic needs. We will do a closing circle after breakfast to ensure you have the tools needed to continue your journey and transformation upon returning home.
*Please note this itinerary is subject to change based upon the groups unique energetic needs. No prior meditation experience is required. This retreat will be a moderate activity retreat which includes hiking over uneven terrain and going to the beach. The Retreat Center is located on 20+ acres with miles of hiking trails and 6+ waterfalls onsite. Participants of this retreat will have full private use of the retreat center in its entirety. Early bird pricing of $1888 valid through 11/24/23. After that regular pricing will be $1999. Pricing includes accommodations at the Retreat Center, meals and one excursion. The second excursion can be added for an additional $90 at checkout, by purchasing the additional excursion you will be allowed to attend both the Whale and Dolphin Watching, as well as, the SUP excursions. By registering you agree your participation in this retreat is at your own risk. Pricing does not include airfare or first night hotel. Travel insurance is recommended.
Refund Policy – Please note that your registration minus a $500 non refundable deposit will be available through November 24th, 2023. If you happen to cancel after November 24th, 2023 your registration will be fully non refundable.
